📌 Revisions Policy

All revisions are billed at an hourly rate of $60/hour.

• Clients may either attend the revision session (if scheduled in advance) or submit a detailed list of requested changes.

• Revisions are not included in the pricing for mixing and mastering.

• There is a 30-minute minimum ($30), with additional time billed in 30-minute increments at the standard rate.

💳 Payment Options

We offer three flexible payment options:

Option 1: No Processing Fee

• 100% upfront payment via cash app, Venmo, or Apple Pay.

• No processing fee.

Option 2: Invoice Payment

• 100% upfront payment via card (invoice link).

• 3% processing fee applies.

Option 3: Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

• Flexible installment options through approved third-party BNPL providers.

• 6% + $0.30 processing fee applies.

⚡ Rush Fees & Turn Around

Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days after project/session approval.

Expedited Delivery Options:

• 10% fee – within 96 hours (4 business days)

• 20% fee – within 48 hours (2 business days)

• 30% fee – within 24 hours (1 business day)

• 40% fee – within 12 hours

• 50% fee – within 6 hours

Rush fees are negotiable based on scope and availability. Please request expedited service at the time of booking to confirm availability.

📦 Deliverables

Final files will be delivered electronically based on the agreed-upon timeline.
Any changes to the delivery schedule must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

📁 Client-Provided Files Disclaimer

We strive to provide the highest quality results using your materials. However, the quality of the final product may be affected by:

• Recording quality

• Performance quality

• Equipment used

• File integrity

Vision2Life Media LLC is not liable for artistic or technical issues present in the original files. We will enhance the materials to the best of our ability, but responsibility for input quality rests with the Client.

💬 Communication Protocol

Ongoing communication is essential to project success.

• All communication will occur within standard business hours unless otherwise arranged.

• Clients and Vision2Life Media LLC agree to respond in a timely manner.

• Any urgent issues or scheduling changes should be communicated promptly to avoid delays.

🚫 Prohibited Items

No alcohol, drugs, smoking/vaping, guns, or weapons are allowed on the premises under any circumstances. Do NOT lay your hands on the staff or anyone in the household, police will be involved if you decide to be hostile or refuse to obey rules.

👥 Guest Policy

Planning to bring someone with you? Please notify Vision2Life Media LLC in advance to ensure your session runs smoothly and safely.

⏱️ Session Timing

• Your session starts at the scheduled booking time, not upon arrival.

• You may arrive up to 15 minutes early to settle in and prepare.

• Please end your session 10–15 minutes early to allow for file saving and payment processing.

• If no sessions are booked after yours, additional time may be allowed at our discretion for an added fee.

🎛️ Recording Sessions & Equipment Use

• Respect all equipment. No food or drinks near gear.

• Do not move, unplug, or adjust equipment unless authorized.

• Clean up after yourself before leaving.

• Clients are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

🔒 Security Policy

• Our facility is monitored by security cameras at all times.

• Violations of policies or contract terms may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• Vision2Life Media reserves the right to deny future bookings in the event of serious or repeated violations.

💾 Backup and File Retention Policy

🎙️ Project Files & Sessions

Vision2Life Media LLC will retain all project files and session data for 30 days after the completion of services.

• Clients may extend this storage period by subscribing to a storage plan at $5/month.

• Alternatively, clients may bring an external drive to copy and transfer project files at the time of project completion.

✅ Final Deliverables

• Audio Deliverables: Stored for 6 months from the date of delivery.

• Video Deliverables: Stored for 60 days from the date of delivery.

📌 Client Responsibility

It is the Client’s responsibility to download and back up all deliverables within the designated retention period.

• Any files not backed up via an active subscription will be permanently deleted after their retention window.

• Vision2Life Media LLC assumes no responsibility for files once the storage period expires, unless the client is subscribed to the monthly storage plan.
