Live Sound Mixing
An engineer at your board from soundcheck to the last song. You focus on the event. We keep it sounding clear.

An engineer at your board
We work on the console and speakers your venue already has. You are paying for an experienced pair of ears, not a truck of gear.
- Soundcheck and line checkWe check every mic, instrument and playback line before doors open, so the first song is not the test.
- Worship teams and bandsVocals that sit on top, a band that feels full, and monitor mixes the players can actually hear themselves in.
- Speakers and panelsClear, even speech for sermons, keynotes and panels, with feedback kept in check as people move around.
- Live stream feedIf your stream is fed from the board, we set up a separate stream mix so people at home hear a balanced service too.
- Your tech teamWe work alongside your volunteers or venue staff, learn your setup and leave the board the way we found it.
- Your gear, our timeWe mix on your venue's console and PA. No gear rental and no PA provided. The price is the engineer's time only.

The engineer's time: $100 an hour with a 2-hour minimum, so $200 covers two hours, and each extra hour is $100. Soundcheck, line check and the mix itself all count toward your booked hours.
No. We mix on your venue's console and PA. There is no gear rental and no PA provided, so the price is the engineer's time only. If your venue does not have a working sound system, text us before you book and we can talk it through.
A working mixing console, speakers, monitors, the mics, stands and cables your performers need, and power at the stage and the mix position. It helps to have someone from your tech team or venue staff there for the start who knows the setup.
Book your start time for when you want us at the board, early enough for soundcheck before doors open or the service starts. For a worship team or band, plan at least 45 minutes to an hour of soundcheck and line check; a single speaker needs less. That time is part of your booked hours.
Yes, when your stream is fed from the board. We set up a separate stream mix so viewers at home hear a balanced service instead of the room mix. Tell us how your stream is connected when you book.
Yes. For a recurring arrangement, text the studio and we will set up a regular schedule. It is the same $100 an hour, with no separate plan to sign up for.
Travel is included within 25 miles of Georgetown, TX. Beyond that it is $2 per mile, calculated when you enter the venue's location at booking.
Sessions are paid in full when you book. Cancel or reschedule 72 hours or more before your event for a full refund or a new date. Inside 72 hours you choose: half back, or keep the full amount as Vision Dollars in your V2L Wallet for a new date (they never expire). A no-show is not refunded.
