Bookings and payment

What you pay when you book (a deposit, or the full price for services paid in full) holds your time and is applied to your total. Any balance is due after the session, or before delivery for projects billed by milestone, and is invoiced to your client portal. Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Cancel 72 hours or more before your start time and everything you paid is refunded in full. Inside 72 hours you choose: half of what you paid back, or all of it kept as Vision Dollars toward a new date. Vision Dollars never expire. A no-show forfeits what you paid.

Some purchases are not refundable: retainers and monthly plans, memberships and subscriptions, bundles, credit packs and gift cards.

You get one free reschedule every 12 months, 72 hours or more before your start time, subject to availability. After that, or inside 72 hours, message us and we'll help you find a new time. If we have to reschedule, you choose the new time and nothing is charged.

Your files and our work

You own what we make for you once it is paid for. Files are delivered to your client portal and kept for 90 days, so download your copies. We share excerpts in our portfolio only with your written approval. You confirm that everyone you bring to a session has agreed to be recorded, photographed or filmed, and to how you plan to use the finished work.

Text messaging terms

Vision2Life Media booking and project texts. We text you about your bookings and projects: confirmations, reminders, payment links, sign-in codes and replies to messages you send us. You agree to these texts when you give us your mobile number and check the box to get texts (when you book, in your client portal or on our contact form), when you choose Text as the best way to reach you on our contact form, or when you text us first. Texts are optional and never required to book. Marketing texts are separate and sent only if you opt in to them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, START to resume, and HELP for help, or call or text 512-797-3707. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Using this site

Keep your portal sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Don't misuse the site, try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or copy our photos, videos or text without permission. Digital products from our shop are for your own use unless the product says otherwise.

We work hard to keep the site and your files available, but we can't promise it will never be down. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any booking is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
