Pick the studio for the lowest price and a finished room with nothing to set up. Pick mobile when your guests, your set or your audience are at your place: an office, a church, a shop or your living room.
We record at our partner studio, Insight Podcast Studio in Belton, TX. The exact address, parking and entrance details are sent with your booking confirmation. Text 512-797-3707 when you arrive.
Record is $250 an episode: 1080p video, up to 45 minutes, delivered instantly. Record + Edit is $400: 4K plus a basic post edit. Full Production is $600: 4K, post edit, overlays, and an intro and outro.
Standard starts at $500 an episode: 4K, 2 cameras and a basic edit. Advanced is $750: 4K, 2 cameras, an advanced edit, overlays, and an intro and outro.
Travel is included within 25 miles of Georgetown, TX. Beyond that it is $2 per mile one way, calculated when you enter your address at booking.
A quiet room with a table and a few chairs is plenty. We arrive early to set up and check the room, and stay after to pack out. If a space cannot work, we tell you before we record.
Your outline or run-of-show, and any intro music or ad reads you want dropped in. We bring the mics, cameras and lights.
Cancel or reschedule free more than 72 hours before your session and your deposit comes back in full. Inside 72 hours you choose: half the deposit back, or keep all of it as Vision Dollars in your V2L Wallet toward a new date. A no-show forfeits the deposit.
